OPON Republik and Hollywood Celebrities Investing In Cebu to Generate Jobs

Dear Hollywood Directors:

This is Opon Republik today, the restaurant in Mactan that may be a perfect food partner when you're planning to shoot a movie here in Cebu, Philippines. It is the vision and dream of Opon Republik, Cebu Philippines and Mactan, as well as the Bisaya Short films force, for Brad Pitt to shoot a Lav Diaz cinematic here in Opon Republik so more jobs can be generated here in our country.  More sustainable good jobs. More investors to start a business. 

The fantasy movie Brad Pitt will shoot could be similar to the one he made with Adam Mckay, The Big Short. It will be how a scam will be exposed and the scam would be how some, not all, universities in Cebu are generating so many graduates and yet the graduates don't match the job market. 

Which means the diploma mill universities are given permit to scam students, to cheat their parents and to not pay the price of the harmful knowledge they are teaching. 

The government should stop issuing these schools operation to business unless they can prove their real job-generating value. Special scene would be done on the University of the Philippines and the ROI it gives to the country in terms of generating jobs for the tax money paid for maintaining the schools.

Remember: Sweden had traditionally lower literacy than Philippines, and yet they're now richer. The problem Brad Pitt could deal in the movie would probably on the issue of scale. Why Sweden is great because it's practically a small town country. And Philippines is such a large scale entity. What we need is to break Philippines apart, like federal states, so the cheating can easily be detected. And money goes to where the hardworking people are, like in Cebu City. Money from Manila hardworkers should be in Manila, Cebu City in Cebu City, et cetera. 

Anyway, after the shoot, Brad Pitt can eat the tastiest Whiskey Grilled Pork I tried in my time at Opon Republik. Then watch Bisaya Films.
