[BREAKING] PRESIDENT MINGMING MIAWRCOS, THE FIRST FERAL PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES, PRESS RELEASE

My beloved Filipinos,

This is your next President — Mingming Miawrcos
the stray who found a home,
the cat with claws for justice and a heart for country.

If you elect me, I will make the hard changes others won’t.
Here are 10 pusa-tively powerful promises — with claws, love, and truth.

1. 🎓 Fix School Like Jollibee Chickenjoy

If Jollibee Chickenjoy is dry, we return it and don't pay. But if graduates can’t find jobs?

We still pay the teachers and the expensive government superintendents.

That’s no skin in the game. That’s no joy.

Yes, the students are passed by the teachers. But that's the wrong metric to measure. Conflict of interest. Teachers will make students pass with high honors if their salary is dependent on it.

Only increase salary of government employees if there's proof that they can 2X-3X the money invested by us taxpayers. Proof. Skin in the game.

Like with private. You only get promoted if you grew the income of the owner 10X.

Not the teachers' or employees' fault. It's the system. Make the system more like Jollibee. Salary decrease if students can't get a job.

Change starts with accountability.

2. 👔 Gov’t Workers = Minimum Wage

Service should be sacrifice, not a shortcut to wealth. You wanna serve? Then be paid like an actual servant. Nothing beyond minimum wage. Because the service is the payment.

Deincentivize people to go to the government. If government employees or election candidates are unable to earn beyond minimum wage, no one wants to run and dig gold there.

Government creates low quality because whether the product or service is good, it's paid. There's an automatic buyer. If Jollibee had an automatic buyer, its creators wouldn't lose sleep crafting a Gravy recipe so people will buy it. It's paid anyway whether it tastes good or not.

Skin in the game. Miaw.

3. 🧠 Skin in the Game or Get Out

Nobody should lead if they don’t feel our pain.
You lose? You pay. Not the taxpayers.

That’s how real leaders lead.

4. 💰 Banks Shouldn’t Play With Your Money

You lose your money, they say “oops.”
They lose money, they say “rescue us.”

They socialize the costs, but privatize the gains.

No more.

“If you see fraud and do not say fraud, you are a fraud.” — Nassim Taleb

5. 🌾 Plant Rice Like It’s 1621 Again

Before TikTok, we had rice paddies.

Let’s return to the land. Stop begging other countries for food. Let's make children in schools make microchips, not empty flour classroom memorization. Back to manufacturing, you guys!

A nation that imports what it can grow will always be hungry.

Make us so rich in agriculture, the world will be begging for our supplies. And cat food.

6. 🏫 Less Theory, More Gawa

Schools today train kids to take tests, not survive.
Let’s teach kids real things:

Grow kamote, fix a tricycle, start a small biz.

Earn. Sell.

That’s real education.

7.  We Were Richer Than Vietnam

But now look. They export. We import.
They make. We scroll.

As Taleb said: “The Philippines was richer than Vietnam… now what?”

 Time to wake up.

8. 💼 Startups = New Heroes

No need to be a martyr to help.
Start a business. Feed five families.

 As Taleb said:

"Millennials think that joining an NGO is a great way to save the world. I say no. Start a company. That's how you improve mankind. We did not pull 2 billion people out of poverty thanks to NGOs and bureaucrats — we pulled them out thanks to capitalism, by generating economic growth."

9. 🎶 “Hand in Hand, We’ll Find Our Promised Land”

That’s not just a song. That’s a map.
We help each other. Like cats in the street. By building.

10. 📍 Cebuanos: Go to Cordova. Build. Film. Invest.

My dear Cebuanos and every visionary investor:
Come to Cordova, Cebu. Start your company.

Film your next Bisaya movie here. Hire locals.

Create jobs that last longer than slogans.

The talented people from here will do a great job in doing this.

✝️ And Let Me Say This Loudly, With Love:

We are all sinners.
Even cats like me.
As the Bible says in Romans 7:15
"I do not understand what I do. For what I want to do I do not do, but what I hate I do."

But there is grace.
There is repentance.
Let us go back to forgiveness.
Let us go back to Jesus.
He is the real answer.
No leader, no law, no slogan will save us without Him.

🐱 And Lastly:

It will be illegal to let cats suffer on the street.
No more stray cats.

Every cat deserves a home. Just like every Filipino.

Yours in love, purr and prayer,
PRESIDENT MINGMING MIAWRCOS
