Answers About Affordable Condo Living In Cebu And The Truth
Your Main Problem: Finding The Right Affordable Condo Home and Investment
You live in Guadalupe, and you're looking for a home that's fairly and decently priced. You want a studio condo unit that can be merged with other units, so you can make it bigger, like that Boyfriend Character's condo in Comedy Central's Broad City.
You want it this 2017, because it's for an investment. 2017 would really not fit your current needs of owning the perfect condo home today, so you're buying it for your retirement.
You like little quirky things about studio units that can be merged with other units. There's a bit of hippie quality and clever charm about units whose main form can be changed. But aren't all condos combinable? So what you want is cheap and affordable condo living in the heart of Cebu, preferably in Nichols Heights, Guadalupe.
You also don't think that it makes sense to buy something that people will use 2 years later, but you're willing to invest because even though you don't do things like that, you're still open for inventive solutions to fuel the economic market.
Finding The Right Agent for That One Affordable Condo Lifestyle
You're looking for the right agent, too, that's always on your side. You want a real estate agent that doesn't believe that their profession is not obsolete because to help people out never goes out of style. You want an agent who says things like:
"That's why im taking notes of that and write about it, so I can post it to the right channels and get that changed."
or
"You know my answer for that is " so you can put your money in an area where the value of the current money increases the same way you invest in stocks today to use it for later", so I'd rather not asnwer."
You're also the type of buyer who asks and says things like:
- Why would I buy a house and not get to live there at the same time? And you want to get the best answers you need. What are your answers?
Answers:
1.The Truth Being Believed Here is that Housing is redefined as place to make money, too, like some sort of stocks. This may be something that managers will tell you, and may not appear the truth as you believer it, but you should know that you can always do research and be militant about it. If you find that there's a dishonesty going on, then you should report it
2. No one's telling me that, that's just me making sense of it all. Things evolve. We have computers now and it feels like it's working, redefining home as form of making money/things evolving.
3. Always keep your options open. By keeping options open, ask yourself: you mean you might change your mind on home just being a home (not investment) or you're just keeping options for where the home should be? If it's the first one, then I can help you: bisayawriter@gmail.com. If you're the type of person who thinks that condos are destroying people and are putting off the street, I know of a good psychiatrist I can offer you.
