Dear Ritz Azul:

You seem to have the beauty only a moviegoer who has seen Paul Thomas Anderson's Magnolia or Chai Fonacier's Pauwi Na (stunning slow mo) or any of Wes Anderson's framing style or any of Whit Stillman's nuanced understanding of social climbing, would understand. 

You will be in a Bisaya Short Film whether you like it or not, and that's because the imagination is not a finite platform.

But should you decide that the imagination is not enough, then I have an idea that you might like.

Have you by any chance eaten at Live Live Vegan Resto at Axis, Escario? It's a place that vegans in Cebu should try out, if only for their outstanding fresh lumpia that got me to say that it is one of the best fresh lumpia of Cebu? 

If the fresh lumpia at Live Life were a movie, it would be a Vice Ganda film because it's delightful and like Vica Ganda's jokes, makes you feel good.

My other faves among Live Life's all-healthy all-wonderful dishes are Mousaka, Almond Milk Halo Halo and Meatless Chili Con Carne. 

So here's the idea: At the risk of being called freaky, may I invite you to join with me at Live Life and eat there and talk about movies? We can also talk about ways and solutions to solving political issues of the country, as you yourself is a politician?

We can then organize events and promos that will give jobs to Filipino drug addicts who surrendered to Tokhang.

Infinite things to talk about. What do you say? My treat, even if you opt for buffet. P350 lang!
